Pengwise

Patients now ask ChatGPT and Google which clinic to book. Does your name come up?

If it doesn't, the reason is usually fixable: a Google profile that says the wrong thing, treatments without their own page, or a website these tools can't read. I check all of it and tell you exactly what to change.

What I check

A real example

A clinic in the North West had two Google profiles: one for the wider medical group, one for aesthetics. Patients kept reviewing the group.

Google's AI Mode builds its clinic lists largely from Google profiles. Out of 20 AI answers, this clinic was named in 2:

Nothing was wrong with the website. The fix was on Google.

What I fix

  1. Google profile: the right name, category and services, and reviews going to the right place.
  2. One clear page per treatment, with the answers patients look for.
  3. A website that search engines and AI tools can read as plain text.
  4. The same name, address and phone number everywhere your clinic is listed.

The checks above, compared with 3 to 5 nearby clinics, and a written list of what to change, in order of impact. If you want me to make the changes, I quote for that after the audit. fberk@pengwise.com
